This year the Conference organisers invited authors from Developing Countries to apply for a scholarship to attend the conference.

The winner is Mina Dadehbeigi, from Allameh Tabatabaee University, Tehran, IRAN, who co-wrote a paper with Nasser Jabbari entitled " Teaching emotional intelligence nonformally: an experimental study in an Iranian public bank." The paper is being presented on Wednesday at 1.15pm. |
Best Paper/s
The Editors have announced that there will be a prize for the best paper. The selection criteria is:
- Paper/s perceived to be of general appeal to the majority of delegates
- Paper/s rated by the referees as exceptional in the majority of areas
- Paper/s submitted in the format outlined by the editorial board
- Paper/s judged by the Conference Editors as making a significant contribution to lifelong learning research and scholarship
