Registration
Any cancellations and alterations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretary. Cancellations received on or before 21 April 2008 will be refunded in full, less an administration charge of $50.00. Substitute participants may be arranged on application. Cancellations and substantial changes to accommodation bookings received between 21 April and 15 May 2008 will attract a 50% cancellation fee on the accommodation component plus $100.00 administration fee. Cancellations received after 15 May 2008 will incur the loss of all fees paid.
All prices are per person and include GST.
